These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and mobile applications at https://coolpop.pro (the "Service"), operated by CoolPop — owned and managed by Yurii Stepanov (Individual Entrepreneur). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice. Continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance.

7. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence that cannot be overridden by contract (Rome I Regulation, Art. 6). EU consumers have a right to a 14-day withdrawal period under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). By using the Service, you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is exercised upon commencement of performance. 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. However, if you are a consumer in the EU or UK, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition to or instead of Russian law where they provide greater protection. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved: EU consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence; other users submit to the jurisdiction of the courts at the Operator's place of business.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your personal data, contact info@coolpop.pro. We may restrict access to the Service in the event of a material breach of these Terms.
10. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The revised version takes effect upon publication. We will notify users of material changes by email.
